At Bare Harmony, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number

A description of the damage

Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer either:

A replacement product, or
-
A full refund for the damaged item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Items Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at annette@bareharmony.co.uk with your order number.
We will investigate with the delivery provider and keep you updated throughout the process.
Where an item is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer either:

A replacement order, or
-
A full refund
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Bare Harmony cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
